Rooted in Love
The name Plopplie comes from a very special bunny — my daughter’s favorite little plushie. She carries it everywhere, sleeps with it every night, & has given it a name we’ll never forget: Plopplie.
When it came time to name this brand, it felt like the perfect fit. Not only does it hold personal meaning, but it’s also a little nod to what every parent hopes for at the end of a long day — for their little one to simply plop into bed & drift off to sleep.
Because let’s be honest: bedtime isn’t always smooth. But soft, soothing pajamas can make it just a little easier & a whole lot cozier.
Behind the Name
Right now, it’s just me behind Plopplie — a stay-at-home mom of two (soon to be three!), juggling motherhood & building this brand one nap, one design, one late-night packing session at a time.
From designing the pajamas to building the website, answering emails, styling & photographing every dreamy shoot, shipping out every order by hand — it’s all me behind the scenes. But I couldn’t do it without my husband — my biggest supporter & the kind of dad every child deserves, always jumping in whenever he can to make this dream possible.
This business is built with love, fueled by my kids, & inspired by the little everyday moments that matter most. When you shop Plopplie, you’re supporting a real person & a real family — and we feel every bit of that love.
Mom-Run, Heart Led
Plopplie was never just about what I wanted in pajamas — it was thoughtfully designed through careful brainstorming around what truly matters at bedtime. As I dreamed up every detail, I asked myself: What do I wish they did better? What’s missing? What actually works for real life? I considered everything from softness & stretch to breathability, easy zipper, & grippy soles for little feet. Each element was chosen with purpose & care, all with one goal in mind — to make bedtime just a little bit easier.
Those little insights have all made their way into Plopplie designs. Because the best ideas don’t come from trend reports — they come from moms in the thick of it, just like me.
