Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our returns & exchange process is simple and straightforward to ensure you get the comfort you deserve. Please review our full policy below for details on eligibility, timeframes, & guidelines.

Returns:

  • Refunds to original payment method must be initiated with 25 days of delivery.

  • Store credit can be received for a return, if processed within 30 days of delivery.

  • After 40 days of delivery, we cannot issue store credit or refunds.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer & will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Refund preference (store credit or original payment) are final once your return form is submitted & cannot be modified.

  • Returns must be shipped within 5 days of submitting your return form.

  • Items returned in the following conditions are ineligible for a refund: washed or worn; stained, noticeable fragrance or smell, pet hair detected on item, damaged, received outside the return window, final sale items.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 40 days of delivery.

  • While we don’t process direct exchanges, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder the item you’d like.

  • Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

    *Items that fail to meet the eligibility requirements will not be refunded or credited & will be donated.
