We ship orders within the timeframe listed on each product page. Pre-order items may have extended shipping timelines. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers.

We accept returns and exchanges according to our Return Policy. To begin a return or exchange, please fill out our return form on the website.
