How long does shipping take?
How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery can take 3-7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way!
What’s your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange items as long as they are eligible for a return or exchange. Please review our return and exchange policy here.
Can I return items purchased on sale?
Unfortunately, all of our sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We get it — sometimes things change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please submit a message via our contact form within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships, but once it’s been processed and sent out, we won’t be able to make changes. However, you may still return or exchange the items after receiving them as long as they are eligible for a return or exchange.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! On orders $50 or more, free shipping will automatically be applied to your order. No discount code needed!
I received the wrong item or a damaged product — what do I do?
So sorry about that! Please fill out our returns & exchanges form within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right ASAP at no additional cost. In order for us to correct the order, The item returned will need to meet the same eligibility requirements stated in our return & exchanges policy.
Do you offer free returns?
We offer free exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund.

Do you provide shipping outside of the United States?
If you are interested in placing an order outside of the United States, please reach out to us through our contact form and we’ll do our best to accommodate, if possible.
