By submitting photos to Plopplie, I confirm that:

• I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) featured in the submitted photos.

• I grant Plopplie permission to use the submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Email marketing

  • Digital and printed promotional materials

Privacy & Safety Guidelines

I understand and agree that:

• Submitted photos must not include identifying information (such as names, locations, addresses, or school details).

• Submitted photos must not include any other individuals.

• Photos will be used respectfully and in alignment with Plopplie’s family-focused brand values.

• Plopplie will not tag, name, or identify my child(ren) in any shared content.

Ownership & Rights

• I understand that submitted photos become part of Plopplie’s approved content library.

• I acknowledge that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these photos beyond the founding family benefits outlined (discounts and store credit).

• I understand that I may request removal of a photo from future use by contacting plopplie@gmail.com. (Previously published materials may not be retractable.)

Founding Family Participation

I acknowledge that:

• Photo submission is a requirement to maintain Founding Family status and lifetime discount benefits.

• Failure to submit the required number of photos monthly may result in the pause or removal of founding family benefits.
